SAMPLE JOB DESCRIPTION – ASSOCIATE QUEST DESIGNER

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a talented associate quest designer to join our crusade in developing top-quality computer games. Duties will include assisting with the creative design and technical implementation of quests and in-game events. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for critical thinking and analysis, outstanding people skills, boundless creativity, a strong visual aesthetic, and a longstanding passion for playing games.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong creative writing skills
• Organizational skills
• Able to work well under deadlines
• Experience writing character dialogue, short stories, or quest scripts

Pluses

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• Experienced in designing, playing online role playing games
